Nice one Sak. About time we heard the other side to the endless bullshit spin from the owners.

I would suggest that the vast majority of Africans are swarthy. However, lumping them all together in one homogenous group assuing they all behave in one way is a little bit simple minded.

Like every club, they don't like lazy black players with an attitude like him.

They also don't like lazy white players with a bad attitude, but it's the era where people who are easily offended play the race, sex or whatever card they fancy.

The club is a huge fucking cancer at the moment though thanks to the owners and that's not in question.

What does all that have to do with now, and the current owners we have?

Sakho is out of order.

West Ham don't like black players?

I'm old enough to remember Clyde Best and Ade Coker, pioneers at the time - and strangely not mentioned am,id all the hype around Cyril Regis lately.

We were one of the first clubs in England to lionise our black players and sing their names from the terraces.

And that's without mentioning the LEGEND that was Georgie Parris....

Re: Sahko putting the boot in.
I don't blame him. Our club is run by complete arseholes and I'd imagine he is relieved to finally be free of the clusterfuck that is West Ham these days.

A potentially potent player ruined by succesive waves of inept staff without a clue how to build a happy, well-perfoming squad.

It's going to get a lot worse...

That photo of Kouyate in his car that looks like a Klansman next to him.... proper brotherhood there...

I've heard Willtell's missus is African and looks like Sol Campbell.

So under a picture of Kouyate the DM write a line about Sakho. Bit racist in itself..

"Isnt Mario Portuguese?"

Yes. Angolan family live in Portugal and elected to play for Portugal.

The thing here is the legal interpretation of 'Africans'. It is being assumed by those calling it racism that this means blacks or negroes. There are white Africans as well and signing an African without an EU passport requires a work permit I believe?

If this is declared as being 'racism' then every company that receives a job application from Nigeria or Somalia is not allowed to reject it....

Tranmere Rovers?

Re: Sahko putting the boot in.
Has the club included details of who else (ie the senior management) who were in the loop yet?

For a club that doesn't like Africans we seem to have employed a lot.

Its not quite like the club that didn't have black players for a long time when they first emerged as relatively common and allegedly had a manager who was a member of a far right organisation.
Hint : Merseyside based and not in red

You seem to have a feeling everything is down to Moyes at the moment.

Not a fan perchance?

Re: Sahko putting the boot in.
I have a feeling that it is Moyes that wants fewer Africans and more home grown players for a variety of reasons and none of them racism. Henry was probably expressing the truth of where the manager's ambitions lie but should never have put it in writing for all the libtards to jump on.

I have to say that as long as it isn't carried to extreme lengths I understand where Moyes is coming from. I mean Joao Mario proves it isn't a blanket ban on Africans that also aren't good enough...

Well, this situation could get bigger and bigger over the next couple of days and weeks. Someone is surely going to want to interview Sakho properly. Very embarrassing for the board (such a shame...)
